Manish Agarwal, born on 19 December 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Kashi Hindu University, Varanasi. Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Odisha's Cooperative Societies department since 13 March 2026. His previous roles include Additional Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) and Additional Secretary to Government. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia, Manish Agarwal continues to contribute to the administration in his ongoing service.
