Manikant Prasad Singh, born on 26 December 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Punjab cadre. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Principal Secretary to Governor, and Secretary to Governor. His most recent role was Principal Secretary in the Technical Education Department from 22 January 2015 to 31 December 2019. Throughout his career, Singh held significant administrative positions within the Punjab government before retiring from service.
