Manikandan A, born on 24 October 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Bareilly Development Authority, a position he assumed on 29 January 2024. Manikandan A continues to serve in this capacity, contributing to the development initiatives in Bareilly.
