Mangat Ram Sharma, an IAS officer of the 1992 batch from the Tamil Nadu cadre, was born on 20/06/1967. He holds a B.Tech. and an M.B.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Sharma serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at the Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries & Fishermen Welfare Department. Fluent in English and Hindi, he has demonstrated his administrative capabilities in various roles throughout his career.
