Manesh Kumar Meena, born on September 3, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M. Tech degree and has held positions including Assistant Secretary, Collector, and District Magistrate. Currently, he is the Director at Bihar in the Mines department, a role he assumed on December 14, 2025. Mr. Meena continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
