Manesh Kumar Meena, born on September 3, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M. Tech degree and has previously held the positions of Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, he is the Director at the Department of Mines, Bihar, a role he assumed on December 14, 2025. Mr. Meena continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
