Maneesh Goyal, born on July 3, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and an M.A. in History. Currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Home Department of Rajasthan since November 25, 2025, he has previously held the position of Joint Secretary to Government. Maneesh Goyal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Rajasthan.
