Mandira Dasgupta, born on September 6, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Controller, Director, and Joint Secretary. Her most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Environment Department from June 11, 2003, to September 30, 2005. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal before retiring from service.
