Mandeep Singh Sandhu, born on 18 December 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce, a diploma in International Trade, and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Appeals, Revenue and Forest Department, commencing on 21 August 2014.
