Manda Makarandu, born on January 7, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Zonal Commissioner at Rajendranagar under the GHMC department, a position he has held since February 26, 2026. Prior to this, he served as Project Director (CMRO) Project in the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (O/o CCLA). Makarandu continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Telangana.
