Manda Makarandu, born on January 7, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Zonal Commissioner at Rajendranagar under the GHMC department, a position he has held since February 26, 2026. Previously, he served as Project Director (CMRO) Project in the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA). Makarandu continues to contribute to public administration within Telangana.
