Manasi Sahay Thakur, born on October 10, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University and a postgraduate degree from Harvard University. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, New Delhi, a position she assumed on January 1, 2026.
