Man Singh, born on January 17, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. His most recent designation was Director from June 1, 1999, to January 31, 2001. Throughout his career, he held key positions including Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Deputy Development Commissioner.
