Man Mohan Singh, born on 15 April 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. His most recent designation was Deputy Secretary, held from 1 July 1995 to 30 November 1995. Prior to this, he worked as an Under Secretary. He holds a graduate degree.
