Mam Raj Singh, born on 27 September 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English Literature, an LL.B. in Law, and a postgraduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Additional Director, and multiple terms as Special Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Finance Department from 19 June 2001 to 30 September 2002. Mam Raj Singh’s extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
