Malovika Pawar, born on January 23, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a Ph.D. and postgraduate degrees in English from the USA. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Collector, Additional Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. Her most recent role was Principal Secretary in Rajasthan’s Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department from May 8, 2012, to January 31, 2015. She has contributed extensively to administrative functions within the Rajasthan government.
