Mallarapu Naveen, born on 29 May 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkatewara University College of Engineering. Currently, he serves as Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate at Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 21 September 2025. Previously, he worked as an Additional Commissioner. Naveen continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
