Mali Rahul Bhanudas, born on 28 July 1980, is an IAS officer of the 2016 batch from the Nagaland cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.E. in Production Engineering from Shivaji University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Zunheboto since 8 March 2022. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Deputy Secretary Equivalent. He is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
