Malabika Jha, born on 15 May 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch of the West Bengal cadre. Throughout her career, she held various positions including Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Director. Her most recent role was Secretary of the Fisheries Department, a position she assumed on 4 March 2015. She has served in multiple capacities within the government, contributing to administrative functions until her retirement.
