Makwana Gaurangbhai, born on 27 October 1985, is a 2012 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Gujarat University. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Bharuch since December 4, 2024. His previous roles include Managing Director, Collector, Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. He was recognized for outstanding performance as District Election Officer in Bhavnagar for electoral roll management. He is proficient in English and Gujarati and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
