He is currently serving as Joint Secretary at Maharashtra since 14 July 2025 in the Chief Secretary Office. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer Z.P. Deshmukh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Maharashtra.
