Mahipal Singh Gurjar, born on June 1, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, assigned to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Genetics from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Kerala Agriculture University.
