She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Sub Divisional Officer and Sub Divisional Magistrate at Bikaner (North), Rajasthan, a position she has held since July 20, 2025. Mahima Kasana is actively serving in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within her cadre.
