Maheshwar Prasad Mishra, born on 16 July 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Ranchi Regional Development Authority (RRDA) from 12 June 2007 to 31 July 2008. Prior to this, he held the position of Special Secretary. Mr. Mishra is a graduate by education. Throughout his career in the IAS, he contributed to the administration of Jharkhand before retiring from service.
