Mahesh Kumar Singh, born on April 5, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Chemistry. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, District Collector, Additional Collector, Additional Director, Director, Commissioner, Excise Commissioner, Secretary, and Member. His most recent position was as a Member in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, from September 1, 2010, to April 30, 2020. Singh’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles within the Madhya Pradesh state government.
