Mahesh Dinkar Pathak, born on April 5, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and a B.Tech. in Mining Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, CEO, District Collector, Deputy Secretary to the Chief Secretary, OSD to Minister, and Member Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Higher and Technical Education Department at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
