Mahesh Chandra Choudhary, born on 25 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Deputy Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at Madhya Pradesh, starting from 18 December 2018.
