Mahendra Kumar, born on May 5, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Hamirpur. Currently, he is the Managing Director at SBPDCL, Patna, a position he has held since June 13, 2024. Proficient in English and Hindi, Mahendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
