Mahendra Bahadur Singh, born on October 1, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from UP Tech University. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow, appointed on June 25, 2024. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate.
