He holds an LL.B. and an M.A. Currently serving as Commissioner at Mumbai since 20 September 2022, he is associated with the State Common Entrance Test Cell. Mr. Warbhuvan continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Maharashtra in his ongoing service.
