Maharaj S Sinha, born on March 5, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Modern Indian History and a graduate degree in Chemistry. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, Deputy Director, Joint Director, Director, Additional Secretary, Competent Authority, and Joint Chief Electoral Officer. His most recent designation was Commissioner at Madhya Pradesh from May 1, 2001, to March 31, 2002. He was associated with the Narmada Valley Development Authority (NVDA) during his service.
