Mahabir Prasad Sharma, born on December 1, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has held the position of Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Finance Department of Bihar, a role he has occupied since August 12, 2025. Mr. Sharma continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions of the state government.
