Madhukar Gupta, born on 17 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, an LL.B. in Law, and a Certificate in Health Management from the University of Hull. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Industries- Commerce and Public Enterprise Department of Rajasthan from 29 July 2015 to 12 March 2020.
