Madhukar Gupta, born on 17 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, an LL.B. in Law, and a Certificate in Health Management from the University of Hull. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, OSD to Minister, Under Secretary, Project Officer, and Assistant Collector. His most recent role was Additional Secretary in the Industries- Commerce and Public Enterprise Department, Rajasthan, from 29 July 2015 to 12 March 2020.
