Madhu Sudan Padhi, born on October 2, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Odisha cadre. A graduate in Metallurgical Engineering, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Additional Secretary, State Project Director, Commissioner & Secretary, and Principal Secretary to the Government. His most recent role was Principal Secretary to the Governor in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, starting July 25, 2018. Throughout his career, he held multiple key administrative positions within the Odisha government before retiring from service.
