Madhu Rani Teotia, an IAS officer of the 2008 batch from the AGMUT cadre, is currently serving as Additional CEO at New Delhi in the Health and Family Welfare department since February 2025. Born on July 1, 1981, she holds a B.H.M.S from Delhi University and an Executive M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership and Public Policy from IIT Madras. Her previous roles include Director, Deputy Secretary, PS to Minister of State, Secretary to Government, Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional Director, CEO, and SDO. She has received several awards, including the Book Prize Certificate for Outstanding Dissertation and the Delhi State/UT award for Best District Election Officer.
