Madhavikutty M S, born on 26 November 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram. Madhavikutty has served as Deputy Secretary and is currently the District Collector at Palakkad, Kerala, a position she has held since 30 July 2025. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
