Madhav Kumar Singh, born on 20 December 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently in service. Since 14 August 2024, he has been appointed as Additional Secretary - cum-Additional Chief Election Officer at Patna in the Election Department. Throughout his career, he has received multiple citations, including one for his work on Mission Sankalp-Restoring Government Land at Banka, Bihar.
