Madan Singh, born on July 2, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English and a postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, District Magistrate, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Director, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Social Welfare Department from September 6, 2005, to July 31, 2006.
