Madan Mohan Upadhyay, born on 21 July 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in Chemistry (Graduate and Postgraduate) and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Relief Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Agril Production Commissioner in the Agriculture Department of Madhya Pradesh from 16 April 2012 to 31 July 2015.
