M. Yaiskul Meitel, born on April 10, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, serving in the Manipur cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he is the Commissioner at Imphal in the Science and Tech Department, a position he has held since April 30, 2019. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including previous roles as Commissioner. He continues to serve actively in the Indian Administrative Service.
