M. Vijayalakshmi, born on 15 May 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a B.Sc. degree and has served in various capacities including Additional Secretary to Government, Deputy Commissioner, and Sub Collector. Since 3 June 2021, she has been serving as Additional Secretary at Chennai in the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs. She is currently in service.
