M.V. Seshagiri Babu, born on 14 October 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Labour, Factories, Boilers and Insurance Medical Services Department, Andhra Pradesh, a position he assumed on 8 September 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Commissioner, District Collector, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Special Commissioner, Director, Joint Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, and Project Director. He continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
