M V Joshi, born on 10 February 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch of the Gujarat cadre. A graduate by education, he has held various significant positions including Settlement Commissioner, Additional Secretary, OSD to Minister, CEO, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Additional Industries Commissioner, Secretary to Governor, Managing Director, and District Development Officer. His most recent role was Director at Gujarat from 25 March 2011 to 28 February 2013. Throughout his career, Joshi contributed to the administration and governance of Gujarat until his retirement.
