M T Joshi, born on 24 April 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He served in various capacities including Member Secretary, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Science and Tech Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 11 February 2008 to 30 April 2009. A graduate by education, Joshi contributed to the administrative framework of Gujarat until his retirement.
