M S Srikar, born on 18 April 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.P.A. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, New Delhi, a position he has held since 13 May 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Assistant Commissioner, Managing Director, Officer on Special Duty, First Secretary Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary to The Chairman Deputy Equivalent, Joint Commissioner, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Secretary.
