M S Raizada, born on November 14, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Special Secretary, Special Secretary Director, and Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His most recent position was Divisional Commissioner, a role he held from June 30, 2008, to November 30, 2012. Throughout his tenure, Raizada contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
