M S Khan, born on 27 November 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Member, District Collector and District Magistrate, Director, Registrar, Secretary, and Additional Collector. His most recent position was Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from 24 June 2006 to 30 November 2007. He was associated with the State Election Commission during his service.
