M S Jaya, born on 29 May 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. Throughout her career, she held various significant positions, including District Collector, Director, Chairman and Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer & Secretary, and Commissioner. Her most recent appointment was as Director in the Department of Collegiate Education, serving from 18 March 2017 to 31 August 2017.
