M S Bhilala, born on August 2, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Managing Director, and CEO. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department of Madhya Pradesh from July 1, 2008, to August 31, 2009. Throughout his career, Bhilala contributed to the administration of Madhya Pradesh until his retirement.
