Joint Secretary, Backward Classes Welfare Department
M S Abdullah, born on 15 August 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration and a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Joint Commissioner, District Collector, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Additional Director, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Backward Classes Welfare Department from 1 October 2001 to 17 March 2002.
