M Raju

M Raju, born on 29 October 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Microbiology, as well as an M.A. in History from Madurai Kamaj University. Currently, he is the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government in the General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir, a position he has held since 27 December 2024. Mr. Raju has previously served as Commissioner and Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil and continues to serve in the IAS.
