M Rajaram, born on 26 February 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Tamil Nadu cadre. He held the position of Secretary in the Information Technology Department from 19 February 2013. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Director and Managing Director, District Collector, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Sub Collector. His educational qualifications include an M.Ed. in Education, a postgraduate degree in English, and a PhD in Human Resource Management.
